Terms of Service in references to Employer and Job Seeker
In regards to Job Seekers, One Temp Agency will under no Circumstances sell or give any third party who are not client Employer any personal information/data provided to One Temp Agency. In regards to Employers, One Temp Agency will under no Circumstances sell or give any third party for marketing purposes or other reasons any information or data you provided to One Temp Agency.
In regards to your account
One Temp Agency collect personal data from individuals and organizations engage in any or all of the following on our website when they create an account with us, request information, subscribe for a service, post a rating or review, post a question or answer, post a resume, upload content or otherwise actively send us data on our Site such as Photo ID. This may include, but is not limited to, first and last name, email address, any telephone number, street address, gender, occupation, interests, your user name, password, email or phone contact messages, and application materials and answers to screener questions submitted to Employers through One Temp Agency and answers you give to any questionnaires sent to you, by One Temp Agency which you have answered.
When Providing Employer Information
If you are an Employer, One Temp Agency may request that you provide certain organizational information such as Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN), Business Registration information; name and email address of an Employer authorized to represent your organization.
Job seekers closing an account
When a user account is closed no data or other information made available under that account will available. In order to access information, data, or access to posted jobs a new account must be created.
One Temp Agency reserves the right to keep any materials in a closed account as necessary to preserve and protect its rights to the extent permitted by law (for example, to preserve records of a dispute) or to comply with its obligations under local law (for example, if requested to retain by law enforcement). A closed account does not mean that all of the data is expunged from our systems; it just will not be readily available under the user original account
Where an Employer Wants to Close an Employer Account
Employers may close an account at any time by contacting One Temp Agency Customer Support by phone or email. Please note that subscription fees are nonrefundable. However, employers who post jobs on a onetime based solely on One Temp Agency’s site and can show proof that there are no applicant(s) for the job either through One Temp Agency site or any other means within 30 days of posting the job. A refund might be in order if the Employer’s account is closed by One Temp Agency.
Please note that One Temp Agency must preserve business records that are pertaining to employer’s account to comply with its obligations under States, Locals, and Federal laws. If employers wish to contact job seekers through One Temp Agency site then a new account has to be setup. Note former employer account holders with One Temp Agency should contact One Temp Agency for a discount that might be available when setting up a new account.
When a job seeker is no longer interested in a job they applied for.
Job seekers must contact the employer directly to inform them that they are no longer interested in a job they applied for. Some employers may keep a job seeker application and other information on file so that they can contact the Job seeker should a job position come up that they think the job seeker is suitable for. If a job seeker does not wish to be contacted by an employer at any time they should inform the employer of such directly.
Age of our Users and wages
The Site is not for use by anyone under the age of which they are not of legal age to work in the state or locality in which they are seeking employment. One Temp Agency reserved the right to suspend the account (without refund or notification) of any employers who is found out not pay their employee(s) operating state(s) required minimum wage or above. Outside of minimum wages requirement it’s up to employers and job seekers to negotiate wages, benefits, and hours worked, and all others job related issues.

Creating an Account, sending job seekers on our site Job alerts, and informative materials
Giving job seekers relevant search job result and job recommendation.
Note: In order to optimize our services, products and features for you, One Temp Agency may use your previous search and browsing history (e.g. the jobs you clicked on), or application materials and answers to screener questions, to identify you and determine relevant search results and provide you with recommended jobs or reach out to you about jobs you may be interested in. We may also use demographic and/or profile data to tailor your experience on the Site, to show your content that One Temp Agency think you may be interested in, and display content according to your preferences. One Temp Agency may return different results for the same search query and has full discretion with respect to the job listings it presents in response to any particular search.
Job seekers Contact Information
When you give us your contact information (such as your name phone number, and email address) and other forms of Personal and Non-Personal Data, you agree that One Temp Agency make such information available to employers on other One Temp Agency sites for the purposes contacting you for job related reasons and to enhance your job search experience.
Job seekers Resume Information
Your information, including Personal Data, gets placed on the Site when you upload or edit a resume. One Temp Agency make your resume available for employers on our site or affiliated site who are looking for qualified candidates in your area of job interest and area of expertise.
Preventing Fraud and Spam
One Temp Agency also use information collected pursuant to help diagnose problems with the Site and service; prevent fraudulent or illegal activities, and other activities that may be detrimental to job seekers, employers, or others. One Temp Agency will inform and work with State, Local, and Federal authorities to investigate and punish any organization or individuals found to conduct fraudulent or illegal activities using One Temp Agency site or One Temp Agency’s affiliate’s sites.
Also note that One Temp Agency is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission in the United States.
One Temp Agency work diligently to protect its users from abuse such as spam and fraud. However, our methods are not perfect and spam and fraud may occur. Any user engaged in activities such as spam or fraud will be terminated from One Temp Agency’s site.
Facilitating Payment to One Temp Agency by Employers
All credit, debit or other payment card and related details to us in order to make a payment, One Temp Agency will use such information only for the purpose of processing the payment only. Any credit card and related billing and payment information that you provide to One Temp Agency may be shared by Payment processing companies who are affiliated with One Temp Agency to process payments on One Temp Agency behalf to service users account. Note that job seekers are never required to pay any fee of any kind to One Temp Agency. Our services are provided to job seekers free of charge.
Transfers to Employers
One Temp Agency allow the transferring of Personal Data to Employers to which a Job Seeker applies and as described to One Temp Agency site such Personal Data will be processed in accordance with these terms and those of the relevant Employer.
All Employer account holders agree to comply with all their responsibilities under applicable data protection rules with respect to the collection, processing and storage of Personal Data, as well as providing adequate protection of all data subject rights provided for under all applicable data protection rules.
In order to enhance Employers experience and create a larger pool of qualified candidates, One Temp Agency affiliates with other job sites. So jobs posted on One Temp Agency’s site may show up on other job sites and jobs posted on other job sites may showed up on One Temp Agency’s site.
Transfers to Service Providers and Vendors
One Temp Agency use third parties to perform services in connection with our operations, to improve the site, our services, products, features, to protect our users, better understand their needs, to optimize the services, and the users’ experiences. These third parties may include (but are not limited to) service providers, website developer, web-optimization services web-hosting, payment processing services, and vendors.
One Temp Agency is not responsible for any information and data collection, users, disclosure or other privacy policies of any third party, including affiliates, third party service providers, any employers, and third party social media platform, any third party making available the devices or operating systems for which the site is available, and any third party operating any website to which the site contains links.

Terms of Service Introduction
Job seekers and Employers Agreement with One Temp Agency
The Site is solely for the purpose of individuals searching for employment (“Job Seekers”), by individuals and/or organizations (employers) seeking qualified candidate (Jobs seeks) for employment in their organization or on the behalf of their affiliate’s individuals or organizations. Therefore individuals or organizations such as employment agencies may use this site to engaged Job seekers on this site on the behalf of their affiliates/employers. In order to keep costs down for individual employers and employment agency, One Temp Agency may seek sponsors who may advertisement on this site. Such sponsors have to be approved by One Temp Agency and advertisement cannot place in a way in which they interfere with job seekers seeking jobs or employers seeking candidates for employment. For example advertisement cannot be in the form of popups.
Users acknowledge and agree that your privilege to use the Site will be revoked upon your attempt to use the Site for any other purpose outside of seeking legal employment or finding qualified candidates for legal employment. If you are accessing or using the Site in your capacity as an job seeker, employer, other representative of an employer advertiser/sponsor, you are agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and such Employer or advertiser/sponsor, as applicable, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such Employer advertiser/sponsor, as applicable, to this Agreement.
One Temp Agency may find it necessary to make changes to this Agreement. Upon making changes One Temp Agency will notify site users of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised Agreement notice on the site.
Any privacy or policy changes or updates made to this site will not be applicable to any issues brought prior to the date of which changes or updates were made and posted on the site to notify site users of such changes or updates. On the date changes or updates are posted to this constitutes users acceptance of such changes or updates upon accessing the site. One Temp Agency may, at any time and without liability, modify or discontinue all or part of the Site (including access to the Site via any third-party links); charge, modify or waive any fees required to use the Site; or offer opportunities to some or all Site users. However, our policy is that there will be no increase or attempt to increase in fee to existing fee base users until the user’s fee agreement is expired.
If you access or use the One Temp Agency Ads Program, you are agreeing to be bound by the One Temp Agency Ads Program Terms and agreement. One Temp Agency reserved the rights without notification to remove any sponsor’s Ads should One Temp Agency find such Ads inappropriate.
One Temp Agency takes no responsibility for the Privacy or terms of agreements of third parties’ sites that One Temp Agency site users accessed through One Temp Agency site. Any personal information, Personal Data, or other information shared between One Temp Agency site users and third parties site or other means are solely between site users and such third party(s) and not One Temp Agency. However, any third party found to abuse, misinform, fraud, or acted in other inappropriate ways through the use of One Temp Agency’s site privilege will be revoked and be reported to authorities (State, Local, and, Federal, BBB) should One Temp Agency find it necessary to do so.
The following terms and conditions apply to all Job Seekers, Employers, Publishers and other users who access or use the Site, or otherwise indicate their acceptance to this Agreement.
One Temp Agency Services
One Temp Agency make available certain job listings (Mainly Temp jobs) other job-related contents, and relevant advertisements including job ads through links to third-party websites. All Job Listings are provided by third parties such as job agencies and direct employers whom One Temp Agency has no control over. All site users acknowledge and understand that One Temp Agency have no control over Job Listings. Except for certain sponsored, featured or paid placements, the Job Listings contained on, or linked from, the Site are indexed or posted in an automated manner. One Temp Agency is under no obligation to screen Job Listing, or to include any Job Listing in its search results or other listings. However, One Temp Agency may exclude or remove any Job Listing from the Site for any reason. One Temp Agency also, does not confirm the accuracy or completeness of any Job Listing or other information submitted by any employer or other user, including the identity of such employer or other user. One Temp Agency assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Listing. Site users acknowledged that One Temp Agency site is mainly to promote Temp Jobs so; search options are applied to narrow down Job Listing search results by job type for Temp Jobs.
Users Applying to Jobs through One Temp Agency site:
The identities of Job Seekers who use One Temp Agency site to apply to Employer and Employment Agency job listing is not verified by One Temp Agency. The motivation for applying to a job listing is not known to One Temp Agency. Therefore it is the sole responsibility of Employer and Employment Agency to verify the identity of anyone who applied or inquired about their job posting. One Temp Agency provides no guarantee as to the Job Seeker’s qualifications or interest in your job listing.
Regardless of whether you are an Employer or Job Seeker, when you view, send, store or receive data (including Job Listings, resumes, or other messages) through or using the Site, One Temp Agency may use such data for data analysis, quality control, or to enhance the Site for better product or services for all users (mainly for Job Seekers and Employers). When an Employer views, sends, stores or receives materials from job seekers through the using our Site, One Temp Agency may inform the Job Seeker that an Employer has taken an action with regards to the Job Seeker’s Resume or application such as opening the Resume or application, viewing the Resume or application, responding to the Resume or application, and making a decision with regards to the application. Employer hereby consents to One Temp Agency taking such actions. One Temp Agency take no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any job listing, Career Page, job solicitation, screener question, answer to screener question, resume information you post, send or receive through the Site. If you see any inaccuracy in any such material, it is your responsibility to correct such information or to contact One Temp Agency to do so.
Whether you are an Employer or Job Seeker One Temp Agency may provide certain categories of information to you for informational purposes only. For example, One Temp Agency may provide you with employment data, salaries estimated for a certain Job Listing, estimated applies to a Job Listing you may receive as an Employer or blog on the economy for informational purposes only. Information provided is subject to change and accuracy is not warranted.
All users of One Temp Agency’s site understand that One Temp Agency is not acting as a staffing firm or job placement agency. Job seekers understand that by using any job seeking guide One Temp Agency might provide you are not guaranteed job interviews, job placement, or being hired. Jobs seekers take full responsibility for use of these services or guides and whether or not you are hired by any employers who post jobs on One Temp Agency.
One Temp Agency has links to other sites on the Internet which are external sites. These sites are owned and operated by third-party associates, affiliates, and advisors. All users on One Temp Agency’s site acknowledged that One Temp Agency’s is not responsible or liable for any such third parties or for the availability of, or the materials located on or through, any such Sites. One Temp Agency’s site users who enter link sites through One Temp Agency’s site are making agreement with them at their own risk and assume all risk and responsibilities. For any concerns regarding external link sites on One Temp Agency’s site contact the link administrator.
One Temp Agency users are not permitted to use One Temp Agency site outside of the purposes of providing jobs and job information to job seekers or to gain employment from employers. The use of automated system or software, whether operated by a third party or otherwise, to extract data from this site to contact any One Temp Agency users for sales or other promotion (such as screen scraping or crawling) is prohibited. One Temp Agency reserves the right to take action necessary, including issuing legal proceedings without further notice, in relation to any unauthorized use of the Site. Anyone who wishes to make use of One Temp Agency site in any capacity other than that of a Job seeker or Employer, or One Temp Agency’s approved advisement must have a prior written consent with One Temp Agency. One Temp Agency reserve the right at all times (but will not have any obligation) to terminate users, and reclaim usernames or URLs, for any reason.
One Temp Agency forbid it’s users to use or post anything on One Temp Agency’s site for anything that is unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, sexual content, unethical, racially discriminatory, or discriminating slurs. One Temp Agency also forbid users from posting any Content that contains proprietary information, trade secrets, confidential information, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication, or encourages spamming or flooding.
One Temp Agency is under no obligation to do so however, will at times monitor user content, and reserves the right to delete any user content that One Temp Agency find inappropriate for privacy, agreement and rules of One Temp Agency. All users are encouraged to contact One Temp Agency if they believe that any user content violates One Temp Agency’s policies or Agreement. All users understand that One Temp Agency will never reveal the identity or information of any user who report what they believed to be a violation of One Temp Agency’s privacy or agreement. Users also understand that One Temp Agency does not have any obligation to remove any user content. The interpretation content violation of One Temp Agency’s policies and agreements is solely up to One Temp Agency to decide.
In order to protect its, affiliates, partners, and visitors, One Temp Agency reserves the right to disclose all User content and other relevant information to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests. This means, at One Temp Agency’s discretion, One Temp Agency will honor subpoenas, search warrants, law enforcement or court-mandated requests to reveal a user’s electronic address and identity, or other properly requested information. So as an Employer, your job listing on One Temp Agency’s site as confidential but your identity may be revealed, if it is requested by government or law enforcement agency.
One Temp Agency reserves the right to remove any Job Listing that directly or indirectly discriminates against Job Seekers. Example of Job discrimination is a job posting that make clear that a job seeker must meet certain criteria such as , gender, race, age (except of legal age), nationality or disability or just overall make it impossible for certain class of job seekers to qualify for the job.
No one is allow to access (or attempt to access) One Temp Agency’s Site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by One Temp Agency, unless specifically authorized to do so by One Temp Agency. No one is allowed to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Site). Unless authorized to do so by One Temp Agency. No one is allowed to crawl, or scrape, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Site for any purpose. Note that crawling does not apply to organization such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, MSN, Lycos, or other organization that engaged in web crawling for indexing or analytic purposes. No one is allowed to post jobs or create job accounts that require payment by job seekers to get job or job information unless specifically authorized to do so by One Temp Agency. Contact One Temp Agency if you are multi-level marketing (MLM) programs before setting up an account. Overall no one is allowed to engage in any activities such as transmitting, spam, or uploading and code or misappropriate One Temp Agency’s site for their own commercial gain or Harmful to One Temp Agency’s site users. No one is allowed to use One Temp Agency’s for any illegal activities. All visitors and users to One Temp Agency site understand that One Temp Agency will take actions such as legal action, report to law enforcement, report to government agency, or suspend you from the site should you violate One Temp Agency’s Site rules or policies.
Registration and Contact Information
For job seekers, employers, and other affiliates in order to access data and vital information you are required to set up an account. When setting up your account you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or your company/organization as prompted by One Temp Agency’s registration form (including but not limited to your email address, contact phone, website, URls, links to job applications, and contact person). You are also solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password. You agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to One Temp Agency’s Site to any third party. You understand that any individuals with whom you have shared your username and password and answers verification questions about your One Temp Agency account will have access to information regarding your account. Employer, understand that your account is for business use and not for personal use. All users understand that One Temp Agency is not responsible and disclaims all liability if any or all of the information you provided upon setting up your account is used improperly or falsely by a third party.
One Temp Agency’s site users agree that One Temp Agency, as part of its services provided to users, may communicate with you, or initiate communication with you on behalf of a third party, through your One Temp Agency contact information you provided when setting up your One Temp Agency account (For example One Temp Agency may contact you by phone or email address you provided). Note that One Temp Agency services are absolutely free for job seekers so, job seekers will not be contacted by One Temp Agency or its affiliates asking for any payment for services provided to job seekers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All users understand that One Temp Agency disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or availability of information or material displayed in or linked from the One Temp Agency search results (including Jobs Listings) or otherwise made available on the Site by One Temp Agency or third parties (including User Content), regardless of whether paid for or used for free. One Temp Agency disclaims any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness or reliability of information provided by One Temp Agency for informational purposes only, including but not limited to, One Temp Agency Analytics data like estimated applies or organic traffic, and salary information. Users understand such information is provided courtesy of One Temp Agency. One Temp Agency disclaims all responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, miss-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information, emails, attachments or material (including User Content). One Temp Agency further disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material from One Temp Agency’s Site or on other sites or services on the Internet accessed through the Site.
One Temp Agency disclaims all liability for any technical malfunction of its Site, including but not limited to failure of any telephone network or service, computer systems, servers or providers, computer or mobile phone equipment, software, failure of email delivery (including attachments), account login, or any other Services provided by One Temp Agency as a result of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any third party website (including but not limited to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) or combination thereof, including injury or damage to yours or to any other person’s computer, mobile device or other hardware or software, related to or resulting from using or downloading any Content in connection with the Site or Services. Under no circumstances will One Temp Agency be responsible for any loss or damage to any content or personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of One Temp Agency’s site, Services, User Content, or third party applications, third party websites link to from and from One Temp Agency’ site, third party websites, services organizations recommended by One Temp Agency or One Temp Agency’s affiliates, software or content posted on or through the Site or transmitted to users or any interactions between users of the Site or Services, whether online or offline.
All materials, information, job listings, career advice, users contact, products and serveries on One Temp Agency and its affiliate’s sites are provided as is. With no guarantee whatsoever. Users understand that One Temp Agency disclaim all liability for any and all harm that may occur to user or user’s computer or other electrical devices when access materials, information, job listings, career advice, users contact, products and serveries on One Temp Agency and its affiliates sites.
Users understand and agree that downloading, obtaining material, or data through the use of One Temp Agency’s site, third party sites link to and from One Temp Agency’ site are doing so at their own risk and that they are solely responsible for any damages to their computer system, other electrical devices, or loss of data that result from downloading or obtaining any such data, information, material.
Legal Action Waiver
Users understand that by using the Site and in return for the services offered by One Temp Agency, users acknowledge that One Temp Agency only offer these services under the terms and conditions as presented herein. Employers, Job Seekers, Advisors, Affiliates, Visitors, and all others using One Temp Agency’s site understand that they are using the site at their risk own and assumed all risk. Therefore agree not to sue One Temp Agency as a class plaintiff or participate in a class-action lawsuit against One Temp Agency in regards to the use of One Temp Agency’s site. In addition, all Job Seeker using One Temp Agency’s site understand that they are using the site at no charge to them and therefore acknowledge that part of the price they are paying to use the Site is there acceptance of these terms of service including this Class Action Waiver as stated. Anyone who does not agree to any part of these terms should not continue their use of One Temp Agency’s site. However, nothing in this paragraph limit a user rights to bring a lawsuit as an individual plaintiff, or class-action lawsuit against One Temp Agency should One Temp Agency personally or knowingly use its users Information/data collected to engage in illegal or other unlawful activities that personal harm a user or users.

One Temp Agency owns all rights, title, and interest to One Temp Agency’s site and all proprietary rights associated therewith. One Temp Agency reserves all rights not specifically granted herein. There shall not be any modification, any copyright notices, proprietary legends, any trademark and service mark attributions, any patent markings, or other indicia of ownership on the materials accessed through the Site, other than your User Content. Any use of materials or descriptions, any derivative use of the Site or its materials, and any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools is strictly prohibited.
Use of Site by Minors

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All users agreed that One Temp Agency is not a third party to or liable for any agreements between job seeker and Employer, regardless of whether or not the Employer paid One Temp Agency a fee in connection which bring the job seeker and the employer together and weather the employer find the job seeker a good candidate for the job or not. One Temp Agency will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of or related to such contact between job seeker and employer.
One Temp Agency currently assesses fees to employers, and advertises. This fee can be annual membership fee, a onetime, or other negotiated fee(s) between One Temp Agency and individual or organization. One Temp Agency may, in its sole discretion and at any-time, end any of the fee structures or implement new ones. No fee changes will impact any existing fee arrangement between One Temp Agency and any individual or organization until the end of such terms. One Temp Agency does not act as an employment agency by providing a fee Structure to employers looking for jobs candidates. One Temp Agency merely provides a tool enabling Candidates and Employers to connect with each other. One Temp Agency does not act as a third party to or liable for any agreements between job seekers and employers, regardless of whether or not One Temp Agency receives a fee from the employer in connection with the transaction. One Temp Agency will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of or related to such transaction. Note that One Temp Agency does not have a fee (charge a fee) for job seekers.
One Temp Agency at its sole discretion may and anytime terminate or suspend any One Temp Agency’s user’s account, or any other provision of tools to users. Employers wish to terminate their agreement with One Temp Agency may do so by notifying One Temp Agency at any-time. Note that their will be no refund of fees employers paid to One Temp Agency prior to closing their account.
No individual or organization shall or authorize any individual or organization to advertise anything that is illegal or engage in any illegal or fraudulent business practice in any state, country or locality where their advertisement is displayed. All users represent and warrant that all their information is correct and current, and they hold and grant One Temp agency and its affiliates all rights to copy, distribute and display Creative use and such Use and websites linked from their Targeted Ads (including Your Services therein) will not violate or encourage violation of any applicable laws. Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of users account without notice, and may subject you to legal penalties and consequences.
